A highly refreshing blend of a Ciderkin and a Piquette wine. The Ciderkin is made by rehydrating and pressing the same apples used to make their Golden Russet cider. The same process is used with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from their wine program. The blend of these ciderkin/piquette results in a tart, fresh, apple-forward sparkling wine. Dry with a tart rush of acid that will leave your mouth watering through the finish on the palate. Tannins are a subtle supporting character. Juicy with notes of grape, green apple, apple skins, mild pastry dough like yeast notes, lime zest, and minerality.
